About Scott Fellhoelter

Scott Fellhoelter

Serving as battalion chief, Scott Fellhoelter is a Los Angeles County firefighter with 33 years of experience in his field. Among the roles he has taken over the years have been as engineer, HazMat specialist, and paramedic. Also serving as a Los Angeles County paramedic, Scott Fellhoelter has engaged with the Covina Fire Department and Adams Ambulance, a private company.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Fellhoelter is the driving force behind products such as the Touchless Toilet Paper product dispenser, which tackles the inefficiencies and bio-hazards presented by manual dispensers. Not only is it time consuming to keep the public bathroom securely stocked with toilet paper, but the way in which it is dispensed can lead to health hazards, both from stall contamination and bacterial spray exposure.

With the Touchless® dispenser, Mr. Fellhoelter has created an automated app that indicates to facilities manager and cleaning staff the exact refill status of the dispenser and whether the stall is currently occupied.

Industry involved, Scott Fellhoelter maintains membership in the International Sanitation Supply Association, and he is also active with the Association of Chief Officers.
